Three different methods are used for the production of CoQ10:

• yeast fermentation,
• bacterial fermentation,
• chemical synthesis.

The yeast fermentation process results in an all-trans CoQ10, which means it is identical to the natural CoQ10 found in meat, fish and other products.

1 capsule a day to swallow with a large glass of water.

Duration of the supplementation: 1 month.
