Echinacea is recognized by the WHO to prevent the flu, respiratory tract infections and stimulates the immune system.
The N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine helps thin mucus and decreases inflammation of the airways.
Scots pine extract, a powerful respiratory antiseptic, is invigorating, stimulating and decongestant.
Eucalyptus acts on the inflammation of the respiratory tract and helps facilitate breathing.
The grapefruit seed intervenes and blocks the proliferation of micro-organisms. It helps by acting on the inflammation of the nasal mucosa.
Vitamin C helps to fight against fatigue and to stimulate the immune system. It is also a powerful antioxidant.
The white broth is recommended to fight against coughs and certain conditions including respiratory.
Cat's claw, the name of the Peruvian creeper, is traditionally used as an immune tonic and anti-inflammatory.
Birch helps soothe irritated mucous membranes.

Instructions for use about Efirub:
Oral route. Adults and children from 36 months.
1 packet in the morning, noon and evening diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice.
- adults: 1 packet, 3 times a day.
- children from 3 years old: 1 packet, 1 to 2 times a day.
