The formula of Ergytransit Flash - NUTERGIA is complemented by the addition of vitamins B2 and B3, and glutamine contributing to the maintenance of healthy intestinal mucosa. This supplement is indicated for punctual use in case of slowed transit and occasional constipation.

Our advice :
In case of occasional constipation or slowed transit, remember to hydrate regularly. Favour fibre-rich foods such as fruits and vegetables as well as whole grains.
Indications for use :
Oral way. Adults only.
Take, as needed, 2 to 3 capsules per day, preferably in the evening, with a large glass of water (150 ml).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Precautions for use :
Do not administer to children under 12 years.
Not recommended for pregnant and breast-feeding women.
