Delay, loss or theft of packages:

Note that depending on the time of year (holiday season for example), the delivery of packages may take longer than expected. This is mainly due to the volume of parcels that have to be handled by the delivery platforms and customs at the borders.
In the event of a delay in delivery, at least 20 days after the parcel has been shipped, contact us : contact@euro-pharmas.com with the order number, so that our services can request an investigation from the carrier.
An investigation can take up to 90 days from the date the investigation begins.
If during this period the product is found, it will be sent to your delivery address (most cases).
Loss or theft of packages:
- For shipments via Delivengo and Colissimo: in the event of a delivery delay beyond the specified time frame, please contact us so that we can request an investigation from La Poste. An investigation can take up to 90 days.
At the end of the 90-day investigation period, if La Poste cannot locate the product or package, it will be considered lost. Euro-pharmas.com will activate the insurance automatically taken out at the time of shipment. Euro-pharmas.com will offer you either a reshipment of the order or a refund.
- For shipments with DHL: in the event of a delivery delay beyond the specified time frame, please contact us so that we can request an investigation from DHL.
At the end of the 21-day investigation period, if DHL cannot locate the product or package, it will be considered lost. Euro-pharmas.com will automatically activate the insurance taken out at the time of shipment. Euro-pharmas.com will offer you either a reshipment of the order or a refund.
