Chamomile, a perennial plant native to Europe, belonging to the family Asteraceae, is traditionally used to give hair blond reflections. Since the Greco-Latin Antiquity, it is recognized for its medicinal virtues.
This flower of light is cultivated in Egypt, on sandy soils and sun-drenched to promote its growth, in respect of the surrounding ecosystem.
Harvested from May to September, in full bloom, its flower heads are then naturally dried in the sun.
