Magnesium 300 Boiron is a food supplement providing magnesium and 9 vitamins indicated in cases of fatigue and nervosity.

Mag'300 combines 2 salts of magnesium carbonate and magnesium glycerophosphate, one of the organic salts best tolerated by the body.
The dosage is calculated for an optimal daily intake.
Instructions for use:
Use reserved for adults and adolescents from 11 years old.
Adults: take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening, with a glass of water.
Adolescents over 11 years old: 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening, with a glass of water.
