Phytonormyl is a food supplement for sleeping made from rigorously selected plant bases:
- melatonin dosed at 1mg with rapid release for rapid falling asleep.
- lemon balm which promotes falling asleep, relaxation and quality sleep
- ashwagandha with prolonged release lasting 8. Also known as Indian Ginseng, from Ayurveda has been used for thousands of years. It carries out 3 essential actions: promotes falling asleep, contributes to resistance to stress and helps maintain cognitive and physical abilities.
Tips for use:
Use reserved for adults.
Take 1 tablet per day to swallow with a glass of water, before bedtime.
Precautions for use:
Do not use without the advice of a doctor in the event of drug treatment or medical monitoring, as well as for people with epilepsy, asthma, suffering mood, behavioral or personality disorders.
Not recommended for people suffering from inflammatory or autoimmune diseases, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and people who have to carry out an activity requiring sustained alertness and which may pose a safety problem in the event of drowsiness.
Limit melatonin intake to one-off use.
