Our advice :
To soothe respiratory allergy attacks, follow our advice from health professionals :
- Step 1 : wash your nose regularly with the nasal spray with 7 natural actives - LES 3 CHENES, which leans, releases and protects the airways sensitized by the seasonal respiratory allergy attack.
- Step 2 : wash or rinse your hair every evening to eliminate the allergenic particles deposited on your hair.
- Step 3 : do not hang your laundry outside, to prevent any pollen deposits. Hang it indoors, or use a dryer.

Indications for use :
Oral way. Supplement for adults and children over 3 years only.
Adults : with a glass of water, take 1 to 4 tablets per day. To be renewed if necessary.
Children over 3 years : ½ to 2 tablets per day. If needed, crush and dissolve in a drink the tablet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
