Pranarôm's Easy Respiratory Breathing Balm is a very soft and certified organic gel with essential oils of noble chamomile, balsam fir, black spruce, marjoram with shells and fragrant inula. Usage tips :
Apply a small amount of gel 1 to 2 times a day on the chest and back. Massage lightly until complete penetration.
