Ergyphilus Intima Nutergia is a probiotic indicated for urinary comfort for women and men.
Ergyphilus Intima Nutergia can be used to prevent or at the first sign of urinary discomfort.
Ergyphilus Intima Nutergia is made up of a unique synergy of 6 living strains. It contains lactobacilli and bifidobacteria rigorously selected for their properties:
Lactobacillus acidophilus DSM 21717,
Lactobacillus crispatus DSM 24619
Lactobacillus gasseri LMG 26661,
Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG ATCC 53103,
Bifidobacterium bifidum DSM 22892,
Lactobacillus fermentum CECT 5716.
Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of healthy mucous membranes including the vaginal mucosa.
When can we use it ?
There is no longer any doubt about the permeability between the gastrointestinal microbiota and the urogenital microbiota, and lactobacilli can pass from one to the other one.
Lactobacillus acidophilus colonize many organisms, not just humans. Fermented foods such as yogurt, cheese, fermented vegetables including cabbage or sourdough bread contain them. Fermented milk very widely provided.
Breast milk provides Lactobacillus gasseri whose effects on the balance of the intestinal and vaginal flora have been studied since the 1980s.
Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG have the amazing ability to survive in the acidic environments of the stomach and intestine that they cross like nomads while restoring the balance between the different species of bacteria.
Lactobacillus fermentum also resist acid attack from the stomach and bile. They can therefore join the intestinal microbiota and participate in the subtle alchemy of their microbiome.
Posology :
Oral use.
In crisis prevention: take 2 capsules per day for 1 month.
As a cure, at the first sign: take 2 to 4 capsules per day for 1 week.

This supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
