The nasal spray against severe nasal congestion - UPSA is recommended in case of nasal congestion during a cold, rhinitis or sinusitis. From the first symptoms, it clears the nose and facilitates the elimination of nasal secretions by drainage to ensure lasting relief.
The nasal spray against severe nasal congestion - UPSA is a hypertonic solution that naturally clears the nasal passages:

Instructions for use :
For local use only.
Reserved for adults and children from 12 years old.
Perform 2 to 3 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 3 times a day.
The scope of use of the product does not justify prolonged treatment.
1 - Blow your nose before use.
2 - Shake the bottle and remove the protective cap.
3- During the first use, prime the pump by pressing 1 or 2 times (until a fine cloud of product is obtained).
4 - Insert the nasal tip into one nostril and close the other by pressing with a finger.
5 - Proceed with 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril, inhaling slightly.
6 - After use, clean the nozzle with hot water and dry it, then put the cap back in place. Follow the instructions for use.
Indications for use :
Wash hands before use.
Restrict the use of each vial to a single patient in order to reduce the risk of cross-infection.
Do not use the nasal spray against severe nasal congestion - UPSA under 12 years old.
Do not use this nasal spray case of allergy to any of the components.
Do not reuse in case of allergic reaction.
Not recommended for patients with asthma, rhinosinusitis of fungal or allergic origin, or severe respiratory infection.
Slight tingling may be temporarily felt after taking during the first 10 - 15 minutes after using the product. If the condition persists or worsens, you may be allergic to any of the ingredients and we advise you to stop using the product and seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist.
The product works within 10 to 15 minutes after application and the action of the product may lead to a runny nose, do not reuse the product or any other nasal treatment during this period.
If there is no improvement after 5 days and/or worsening of symptoms and/or high or persistent fever, ask your pharmacist for advice or consult your doctor.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding : Safety in pregnant or breastfeeding women has not been established. In the absence of sufficient data, the use of this product is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding without medical advice.
