Euro-pharmas delivers to the following destinations: France, Europe, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada, Australia.
Delivery is processed by the post services of each country (USA = USPS, UK = Royal Mail).

Orders shipping :
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). We care and protect fragile products. The boxes are adapted to the products and the items are well protected.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot combine two separate orders.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package.

Remind all theses information are mentioned when processing to the order.

* It is possible that during periods of large orders (end of year holidays ...) deliveries take longer than indicated. This delay are indicated thanks to our closed collaboration with our carriers, but it can differs if the package is keeped longer by the customs borders.

Delay, loss or theft of packages:
Note that depending on the time of year (holiday season for example), the delivery of packages may take longer than expected. This is mainly due to the volume of parcels that have to be handled by the delivery platforms and customs at the borders.
In the event of a delay in delivery, at least 20 days after the parcel has been shipped, contact us : with the order number. So that our services can request an investigation from of the carrier.
An investigation can take up to 90 days from the date the investigation begins.
If during this period the product is found, it will be sent to your delivery address (most cases).

Loss or theft of packages:
- with Delivengo: no loss insurance, theft breaks goods. In the event of loss, theft or breakage of your package, the Isabelle Lagarde Pharmacy cannot be held responsible. Our company will not refund any merchandise, or refund shipping costs. In this case, we advise you to choose Colissimo.
- for shipments by Colissimo: in the event of a delivery delay beyond the times indicated, we ask you to contact us so that we can make a request for an investigation with La Poste. An investigation can take up to 90 days.
At the end of the 90-day investigation period, if La Poste cannot find the product or the package, it considers them to be lost. The Isabelle Lagarde Pharmacy will activate the insurance taken out automatically upon sending.
The Isabelle Lagarde pharmacy will reimburse you for the product. In all cases, we will not be able to reimburse the shipping costs, these having been paid to the carrier for the delivery of the shipment.
