Ergyrelax optimal relaxation - Nutergia is an association of :
- Valerian, known for its relaxing and soothing properties to provide quality sleep,
- Eschscholtzia which promotes and physical cerebral well-being,
- Magnesium, vitamin B3 and B6 which ensure the normal functioning of the nervous and muscular system,
- GABA an inhibitory neurotransmitter of the nervous system.
Indications for use and posology :
Oral use only.
Use reserved for adults and children from 12 years old.
Take 1 to 2 capsules during the evening meal. Follow a course of one consecutive month at first for better results.
Precaution for use :
Reserved for adults and adolescents over 12 years old.
Contraindicated in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Contraindicated in people with epilepsy.
