ERGYSPORT RECUP has been scientifically developed to provide magnesium, calcium and potassium in the form of nitrates and de-acidifying carbonates. Magnesium helps to maintain normal muscle function and, as with vitamins B2, B3, B5 and B6, helps to reduce fatigue.

Instructions for use :
2 to 3 capsules per day, within 2 hours following exercise.
Following intense exercise, repeat before going to bed.
Consume within the framework of a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle without exceeding the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children and in a dry location at < 25° C.
