Vitamin C 1000mg from the UPSA laboratory is indicated in case of temporary fatigue.
Vitamin C 1000mg is a medicine containing 1000mg of vitamin C.
Dosage :
This medication is for adults and children over 15 years old.
Oral use only. Take 1 effervescent tablet daily.
It is best not to exceed or 1 tablet per day.
Due to the presence of vitamin C, avoid taking at the end of the day (after 2pm).
Dissolve the tablet in half a glass of water.
Duration of the treatment :
Treatment will be limited to 1 month.
If you take more Vitamin C 1000mg than you should, in case of overdose, consult your doctor.
If you forget to take Vitamin C 1000mg, do not take a double dose to make up for the dose you forgot to take.
Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility : If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding : This medicine will only be used during pregnancy on the advice of your doctor.
Use of vitamin C should be avoided during breastfeeding
Driving and using machines : Vitamin C 1000mg, effervescent tablet has no effect on the ability to drive and use machines.
Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.

It is necessary to distinguish the normal physical fatigue occurring after a major effort for example and asthenia which is a fatigue out of all effort.
Fatigue following physical exertion is normal: rest is enough to make it disappear.
The fatigue that does not give way to rest or asthenia is the feeling of not being able to provide an effort even before having started it. This fatigue can be the result of overwork, a disease.
Some medicines may also cause unusual tiredness: read the package leaflet for the medicines you are taking and ask your pharmacist or doctor for advice. But in many cases, no definite cause is found.
Fatigue can manifest itself in very variable symptoms. This can be a general impression of weakness. But sometimes symptoms can be associated as sleep disorders (insomnia, restless sleep, ...), intellectual (difficulties of concentration, memory and attention ...), sexual (decreased desire ...), character (irritability, pessimism, sadness, demotivation ...).
You can reduce your fatigue by respecting as much as possible the following tips:
- Rest, relax, look for reasons for your tiredness.
- Practice regular and adapted physical activity.
- Have a balanced diet (especially avoid taking alcohol, tobacco, excitants).
- Find your sleep pattern (regular bedtime and adequate sleep time).
Ask your pharmacist or doctor for advice if :
- No improvement after 1 month of treatment.
- Increased feeling of fatigue during treatment
- New symptoms or unusual symptoms
